Ginny had her kindergarten "celebration" yesterday. They sang this really cute alphabet song and did a little puppet show. It wasn't until I came home and started to read her report card that I realized how far she has come. In the April report card she was supposed to write some goals down that she wanted to achieve by the end of June. Ginny's goals..........learn to tie her shoes and learn to read. Big goals for a kindergartner. SHE DID IT! She accomplished both of her goals. The minute she wrote those goals down she got it. She knew, and started practicing immediately. That is my girl. When she wants something she will get it. I do believe she takes after her mommy! Yikes!
